Important lessons on speaking, presented in under two minutes.

At Cheshire Toastmasters we have a scheduled task called The Two Minute Tutorial. This is a prepared speech by an experienced Toastmaster that is to be presented in under two minutes! Like most things in Toastmasters there is more than one reason for this: not only does the club get a quick refresher in some important aspect of speaking but the presenter is given practice in conciseness and efficiency.

Collected here are the text of some past two minute tutorials and some additional material that would have met the time criterion.
